Mayor John Cooper joined the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) on November 19 to officially open Bordeaux's newest multi-family housing development, Harper Cove Flats.
Harper Cove Flats, named in honor of former Tennessee State Senator Thelma Harper, is comprised of 40 workforce apartments. The development features four three-story buildings with 18-two bedroom and 22-three bedroom units. Amenities include black stainless appliances, quartz countertops, large balconies perfect for viewing Nashville's 4th of July firework display, and covered porches.
