The Rowley Grand Opening

The Rowley celebrated its grand opening in Fall 2025. This 300-unit residential community is located in the heart of the Clari Park mixed-use development in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
The residences feature light-filled units with luxury finishes and a variety of distinctive interior and exterior amenities, including a wine tap and golf simulator.
Residents also enjoy walkable access to more than 100 retail shops, restaurants, and entertainment destinations, creating a vibrant and connected neighborhood experience. In addition, The Rowley offers rentable office spaces for residents, further supporting Clari Park’s “live, work, and play” lifestyle.
RGA is proud to have served as the Construction Manager on this project alongside Hines Development. The Rowley is a wonderful addition to the growing Clari Park neighborhood.
