RGA awarded Smithville Elementary School in Dekalb County

R.G. Anderson Company, Inc. (RGA) is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Smithville Elementary School project for DeKalb County Schools through a competitive RFP selection process. Upland Design Group will serve as the Architect for the project, and RGA will act as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC). In this role, RGA will be soliciting subcontractor prequalifications in the coming weeks.

Our team is currently reviewing the project drawings, providing value engineering (VE) recommendations, and preparing to bid the project in the near future. Construction is anticipated to span approximately 16 months, with the new school scheduled to open for August 2028. As the leading K-12 education CM/GC in Middle Tennessee, RGA is honored to partner with DeKalb County Schools on this important project and looks forward to bringing this new facility to life for the Smithville community.
