The Nashville staple, Elliston Place Soda Shop, found its way to a new Owner in 2019. Tony & Lisa Giarratana purchased the business and moved it a few doors down to a new location. RGA along with Southeast Venture was tasked with completing an extensive 5-month renovation of the 1900s era building.

Re-opening of the Soda Shop was significantly delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, but it is now open and ready to serve guests for many more years.
