TUSCULUM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Tusculum Elementary School opened in August 2017. The new school building serves nearly 800 students from Pre-K through 4th grade, and is one of the most diverse schools in the county. Students from 20 different countries are represented.

 

The 98,090 sq. ft. building includes modern learning spaces, gymnasium, cafeteria, as well as a family resource center and community room with after-hours access.

 

Tusculum Elementary is the first MNPS building to achieve LEED Gold certification, and only the third school in all of Davidson County to achieve this ranking.

 

In 2019, the construction of a 4 classroom addition was completed.
