PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Randee Rogers Apartments is a 4-story, 165,000 square foot apartment building located in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville.
The building is comprised of 100 apartment units and has a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. 50 of the apartments are HUD subsizided/affordable units, 25 are workforce units, and the remaining 25 are market-rate aprtments.
