Poplar Hill Middle School, a new educational facility in Rutherford County, will span 159,876 square feet across two levels. 

The school is being constructed on land formerly owned by the Batey family, reflecting both growth and transformation in the area. As the fourth-largest school district in Tennessee, Rutherford County continues to expand its infrastructure to meet the needs of its growing student population.
