PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Kirkpatrick Park is the second phase of the Envision Cayce Master Plan in the East Nashville neighborhood. The mixed-income development strives to integrate itself with the adjacent historic neighborhood with a mix of townhomes and flats.
There are 94 units for a total of approximately 120,000 sq. ft. One, two, three, and four bedroom townhome-style apartments are available.
