Inspiritus is an affordable, mixed-use senior housing development in North Nashville’s historic Salemtown neighborhood. Developed with community input, it aims to reduce housing burden, boost social connection, and support healthy living.

The project offers 80 studio and one-bedroom units for seniors and people with disabilities earning below 60% of the area median income. It also includes 9,500 square feet of public space for social services, featuring a free grocery store, community kitchen, meeting and educational rooms, an art studio, and nonprofit collaboration spaces.
