Freedom Elementary School, the 26th elementary school in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System (CMCSS), is under construction on a 17.96-acre site at the end of Wallace Boulevard in Clarksville, Tennessee.  

This new facility, designed to accommodate Pre-K through 5th grade, will span 104,081 square feet and is projected to open in August 2026.  The school aims to alleviate overcrowding at existing elementary schools, which have been operating at or above capacity due to the district's rapid growth.  

The construction of Freedom Elementary is part of CMCSS's broader strategy to manage increasing enrollment and ensure that all students have access to quality education in adequately sized facilities.
