PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Curb Victory Hall is addressing a pressing need for Veteran housing in Nashville. Veterans including those that are currently experiencing homelessness will have access to these affordable units located on the Operation Stand Down campus on 12th Avenue South in the Edgehill Neighborhood.


The building features 39 units, with 30 units reserved for Veterans and 9 units available for students pursuing degrees in social work related fields. The unit mix includes studios, one-, and two-bedrooms.


Curb Victory Hall has been made possible by partnerships with the Mayors Office of Nashville-Davidson County, Mike Curb, Giarratana, LLC, Metro Housing and Development Agency (MDHA), the Department of Veterans Affairs, Operation Stand Down, and many other community partners.
