CHAMBERLAIN HOUSE

Germantown | Nashville, TN

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Chamberlain House, also known as Stockyards Apartments, is a new residential development located in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood. Led by Proffitt-Dixon Partners and designed by the architectural team of Axiom Architecture, EOA Architects, and Manuel Zeitlin Architects, the project features a five-story wood-frame apartment building atop a concrete podium that wraps a pre-cast parking garage.

The development will offer 345 for-rent units—249 one-bedroom and 96 two-bedroom apartments—each designed with modern features such as EnergyStar Certified stainless-steel appliances, oversized windows, quartz countertops, and keyless smart entry.

Targeting green building certification through the NAHB Green Buildings Program, Chamberlain House will also include a wide array of outdoor amenities, including a resort-style saltwater pool and spa, an expansive pet park and pet spa, a 2,000-square-foot rooftop deck, courtyards with grills and fire pits, bicycle storage, and direct access to the greenway.
