PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The 4th Avenue Parking Structure, located in Downtown Franklin, TN, is comprised of 359 parking spaces and has 5 levels, totaling 120,000 sq. ft.
It was constructed using a caissons and grade beam foundation system and has precast concrete structure, historic masonry facade, period exterior lighting, and elevator service to all levels.
