Earlier this month, the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) celebrated the grand opening of the newest residential development at Cayce Place, Red Oak Towns.
Red Oak Townhomes is the sixth new residential construction and fifth new mixed-income development completed under the Envision Cayce Masterplan.
Red Oak Towns features 44 apartments, including 25 affordable units provided thanks to subsidy from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The units have market-rate amenities including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and tile backsplashes.
