Tuesday, September 29, the Urban Land Institute of Nashville held the 11th Annual and first ever virtual Excellence in Development Awards ceremony. Kirkpatrick Park was recognized as the winner in the Large Public Sector Category. The project was also selected by viewers of the event for the People's Choice Award.
Kirkpatrick Park is a 94-unit mixed-income development in East Nashville's Cayce Place Neighborhood. The development is the first mixed-income development completed in Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency's (MDHA) Envision Cayce Masterplan.
RGA is proud to have served as the Construction Manager and General Contractor on this project. We are excited to help transform Nashville's public housing neighborhoods into a place to call home for people of all income levels.
