“The success of any complex project depends in large measure on the team assembled and the team’s ability to communicate and work collaboratively and unselfishly towards the goal. I found R.G. Anderson Company, Inc.’s service to KIPP Nashville was excellent, and their contribution to the construction team commendable. Again, I highly recommend the R.G. Anderson Company, Inc. team, and would welcome their contribution to future construction teams I work with.” – Thomas Branch, Director of Operations, School Support Team, KIPP:Nashville

“The project schedule was critical, as the tenant was moved to another school and had to be back in this building for their July 2014 start of classes. Even though this was a difficult project because of the complexity of melding Historical features with today’s standards, materials, and equipment, the project team managed to work it all out. The Project Superintendent and the Project Manager were both very effective in anticipating problems and in resolving them, in a timely manner. Both were very professional and effective and worked diligently to complete the project on time and within the budget.” – Majel Carr, Jr., Project Manager, Metro General Services, Division of Design and Construction
