Safety/Quality Control

Sharpened

RGA is committed to maintaining safe and healthful workplaces and to protecting the public against any potential hazards caused by our operations. Safety inspections are conducted on an ongoing basis at all job-sites, to ensure they are safe, orderly, and drug and alcohol free.

Quality Control

Quality construction and Client satisfaction are primary goals of RGA. Quality control does not solely consist of a review at project completions, but rather is an ongoing objective from the Design Phase through project closeout and the warranty period. Communication, cooperation, and accountability are essential to achieving a quality project.

A few means of ensuring that continual quality control practices are being met are:

  • Pre-work conferences, where RGA gathers the major subcontractors to discuss critical items.
  • Mock-up panels are constructed and reviewed.
  • Quality control inspections are routinely conducted by the Project Superintendent.
  • An RGA-generated punch list upon completion of each trades’ work prior to inspections by the Client or Design Team.
  • Photographic documentation to aid the “as-built” drawings.
